I’m Neda, an energy practitioner, sound healer, registered nurse, and someone who has always been deeply curious about what sits beneath the surface of who we are.
My work brings together energy healing, sound healing, meditation to bring forward the subconscious patterns of how we think, feel and behave.
Sometimes, knowing something isn’t enough. We have to feel it, release it, and create space something new.
AlignYourEnergy is a space to reconnect deeper with yourself, and come back to what feels true for you, and allow a stronger and more empowered version of yourself to emerge. Whether you’re drawn to a healing session, sound healing, meditation, or simply exploring a different way of understanding yourself, you’re welcome here.

Group Sessions

Experience sound healing in a group setting to reset and connect inwards. Groups are small and intimate with max 10 participants, and sessions are run monthly in Sydney CBD.
You can register for drop-in or bundle sessions.

A 90-minute immersive sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls, gentle meditation, and guided affirmations and releases. A space to quiet the mind, release what you no longer need, and leave feeling grounded, lighter and more connected to yourself.

A gentle 45-minute online meditation experience combining gentle breathwork, mantra, affirmations and intentional releases. A space where these techniques are used to actively engage the mind, helping you to reconnect with yourself, and create a little more clarity and direction wherever you are.
